About the song
What “I Don’t Care” is about
“I Don’t Care” is a declaration of strength: a woman who was lied to, cheated on, and ignored — and rose from it stronger than ever. From haunting piano vulnerability to a soaring, battle-cry final chorus, this performance is for anyone who’s ever had to rebuild themselves after love let them down.
