About the song
What “Why Doesn’t This Heart” is about
“Why Doesn’t This Heart” lives in the quiet aftermath of love — the moment when a heart that once fought for someone finally chooses itself instead. From breathy, whispered vulnerability to a soaring, liberating final chorus, this performance captures the exact moment silence becomes freedom.
